ISA Talent for Growth WG

The Talent for Growth Working Group will encourage and promote the SME sector as a sector of choice for the top talent in software through awareness of opportunities & technologies, career options and collective innovation.

The range of priorities for the group include:
  • Build a strong collective identity for the indigenous technology sector & articulating the unique value proposition of a career in an Irish tech company
  • Work with Enterprise Ireland & the IT's Happening Here initiative to attract top talent and promote the indigenous SME technology sector as a sector of choice
  • Work with government departments to ensure Ireland has the most efficient arrangements in place for attracting international top talent
  • Support the ICT Ireland Education Working Group to develop and influence domestic education policy
  • Explore upskilling opportunities for those currently in-employment in the sector
  • Support industry outreach to educational institutions and careers services
The Talent for Growth Working Group is chaired by Grace O'Donnell, Deputy CEO - Information Mosaic Ltd.
